What is Missing Logs - Time Doctor?

This is only applicable for clients who are using TIME DOCTOR as a time tracker for their employees. This is for employees who experience login discrepancies such as forgot to open Time Doctor, forgot to prompt play after breaks, etc. This request must be approved by the manager in FiltaHR. 


How To Approve:

  • Log in FiltaHR
  • Click "Time Entries Request" 
  • Choose the request you want to approve
  • Once approved, the employee will be notified immediately
