What is an Unpaid Leave in COL?
An Unpaid Leave in Colombia (COL) is usually used by employees that do not have an leave credits yet - either an employee under the probationary period or regular employees who have used all their leave credits.
How will this look like in my invoice?
Since it is an unpaid leave, a salary deduction on your employee would reflect on your invoice which you receive every month. The amount of the deduction will depend on the daily salary of the employee and how many days of leave without pay.
