What is the 8 HRS Paid Time Off (PTO) in COL?

Regular employees in Colombia (COL) may request a full day off using this leave type, which is primarily governed by specific client decisions. 


Probationary employees are eligible to access this benefit under the client's discretion and approval. 


Notably, these credits cannot be cashed out and must be used within the calendar year, as they expire on December 31st annually, ensuring that unused time off is forfeited at year-end. This policy encourages employees to take advantage of their leave entitlement within the specified timeframe.


How would this look like in my invoice/billing?

This will simply look like an employee is paid on a normal working day and will not have a separate breakdown in your invoice.
