How do I give birthday leave?
You can offer Birthday Leave to your employee by adding Paid Time Off (PTO) credits through FiltaHR. Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to FiltaHR: Access your FiltaHR account to manage PTO.
- Go to Employee List: Find and select the employee you want to add PTO credits for.
- Update PTO Credits: In the left panel, locate "PTO Credits." Click the pencil icon to add the necessary credits.
- Notify the Employee: Let the team member know about the added credits so they can file their PTO for their birthday.
- Approve the PTO Request: Once they submit the request, approve it to finalize their Birthday Leave.
Employees may use their birthday leave only on their birthday or at any time within their birth month.
