Duration
Employees are entitled to 2 days per year for Family Day Leave. These days are split into two periods:
- 1st Day: Available from January 1 to June 30.
- 2nd Day: Available from July 1 to December 31. Unused Family Day Leave cannot be carried over to the next period.
My employee is not yet a regular employee, are they eligible for this?
Yes, both probationary and regular employees are eligible for the Family Day Leave. It is subject to your approval and should have a 15 days notice.
How would this look like in my invoice/billing?
