What is a Leave With Pay in PH?
A Leave with Pay in the Philippines (PH) is a benefit that can only be used by regular employees who have accrued leave credits. Upon regularization, the employees will be able to use their accrued leaves.
When Can They Use It?
- They can start using their accrued leave credits upon regularization
- They can use it for vacation leave, sick leave, or emergency leave
- They can also use it for a HALF-DAY Leave With Pay. This is a 4-hour leave which covers a half-day of work. This will consume 0.5 leave credits.
How would this look like in my invoice/billing?
This will simply look like an employee is paid on a normal working day and will not have a separate breakdown in your invoice.
IMPORTANT REMINDER!
- Employee leaves must have your approval in the FiltaHR for the leave to be considered
- If an employee takes an unapproved leave in FiltaHR, it will be considered Absence Without Official Leave (AWOL)
