What is the process if a company wants employees to cover the cost of software, and how is this reimbursed?

We strongly advise against having employees cover the cost of software themselves. However, if you choose to reimburse employees for any expenses incurred, you may do so by submitting a request through Filta's ticketing system. You will be responsible for managing the collection of receipts and approving reimbursements. Once approved, we will process the payment and include the charge in your next invoice.


As a best practice, we recommend that your company’s IT department handle the purchase and installation of any required software. This ensures that all installations comply with your company’s data privacy policies and security protocols, safeguarding your systems and information.
