My first monthly EOR (Employer of Record) invoice is very high. Why is that?

Your first invoice might seem higher because it includes a couple of additional charges:
  • Adjusted Employee Cost: This covers the period from your employee’s start date up to the invoice cut-off date. It ensures you're billed for the days worked before the regular billing cycle kicks in.
  • 1 Month Advance Employee Cost: We also bill in advance for the upcoming month to ensure services are prepaid and uninterrupted.
This is a one-time adjustment to align your billing with our regular cycle. Future invoices will reflect the standard monthly charges. If you have any questions, feel free to ask—we’re here to help!
