When do I start getting charged? What do the first few invoices include?

With Filta.Recruit, your first invoice is issued before the recruitment process begins, covering 50% of the Recruitment Fee.

Once you hire an employee or transfer them to Filta’s EOR (Employer of Record), billing starts immediately after you extend an offer. The first few invoices will include:

Non-Refundable Recruitment Fee – The remaining 50% of the recruitment fee if hired through Filta.Recruit.
Non-Refundable Setup Fee – Covers payroll and HR system setup.
Refundable Security Deposit – Acts as a safety net for any potential issues during employment.

These initial charges help set the foundation for a smooth and successful partnership!
