Can I change the role or job description after the recruitment process has started?

Yes, you can make changes to the job description during the recruitment process. However, if these changes are significant enough to require restarting the search, the initial 50% fee will need to be paid again, and any previously paid fee will be forfeited due to the work already done.
If the role specification changes from what was originally agreed upon and the search needs to be restarted, an additional fee of 1% of the candidate's estimated annual remuneration package will be charged.
