- Participate in Interviews: Be available for candidate interviews and assessments, if applicable.
- Technical Testing: Provide, coordinate, or assess any necessary technical tests for candidates to ensure they meet the required skill level.
- Timely Feedback: Please provide feedback on the candidate submission within 48 hours. Delays beyond this period increase the risk of losing high-quality candidates to competing job offers or other opportunities.
- Final Hiring Decision: Make the final decision on hiring the selected candidate(s) based on the recruitment process outcomes.
- Provide Necessary Documentation: Supply any company-specific documentation needed for recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain Professional Conduct: Demonstrate professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
