For a full day off equivalent to an 8-hour shift, you can assign 1 PTO credit. For a half-day or 4-hour shift, you may assign 0.5 PTO credits. Here’s how you can do it:


Steps to Add PTO Credits:

  • Log in to FiltaHR: Access your account to start managing PTO.
  • Go to the Employee List: Find and select the employee who needs additional PTO credits.
  • Update PTO Credits: On the left panel, locate the "PTO Credits" section. Click the pencil icon to add the required credits.
  • Notify Employee: Let them know about the added credits so they can file their PTO for the holiday.
  • Approve PTO Requests: Once the employee file their PTO for the holiday, approve their requests.


This way, your team can enjoy their paid holidays without needing to clock in or out, and you'll ensure they're properly compensated!
