The service conditions for the EOR (Employer of Record) fee are as follows:
- Separate from Labor Costs – The EOR (Employer of Record) service fee is charged in addition to the employee’s labor costs.
- Minimum Commitment – A minimum commitment period of 3 months is required per employee.
- Termination Notice – A 60-day notice period is required to terminate the service per account.
