Filta's Responsibilities under FiltaEmploy are as follows:
- Employment Contracts: Drafting and execution of compliant employment contracts in line with local laws.
- Payroll and Tax Management: Administer accurate and on-time payroll processing, tax deductions, and statutory contributions for employees.
- Benefits Administration: Administration of statutory benefits, healthcare, or any additional benefits.
- Time and Attendance Processing: Processing employee time and attendance records as per your requirements.
- Compliance with Local Employment Laws: Ensure full compliance with all local labor laws, including benefits, leave entitlements, and termination processes.
- HR Support and Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process and provide ongoing HR support regarding local employment regulations and benefits.
- Notification and Processing of Leave / Liabilities: Handle the administrative process for additional client leave and liabilities (such as maternity leave, etc) and ensure you are informed of any associated costs that will be passed to you as part of our EOR (Employer of Record) agreement.
- Performance and Disciplinary Action Support: Support you in documenting performance issues and managing disciplinary procedures in accordance with local laws via FiltaHR HR software.
