As a client under FiltaEmploy, your responsibilities include:
  1. Define Job Roles and Requirements: Provide clear job descriptions and expectations for the roles to be filled.
  2. Ongoing Performance Management: Manage the day-to-day performance and workload of the employee, including conducting performance reviews and making decisions related to promotions or disciplinary actions.
  3. Time and Attendance Management: Manage employee attendance, work hours, and overtime, and communicate any issues to Filta.
  4. Provide Necessary Tools, Training and Resources: Ensure employees have access to the tools, training, software, and equipment required to perform their duties.
  5. Compliance with Company Policies: Ensure employees adhere to internal company policies and practices.
  6. Employment Cost Liabilities: Cover employment cost liabilities, such as maternity leave or other statutory leaves, in accordance with local labor laws.
  7. Legal Costs Related to Labor Cases and Redundancies: Bear the legal costs related to redundancies, labor disputes, and other employment-related cases, unless otherwise agreed upon with Filta.
  8. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on employee performance and report any issues or concerns to Filta via FiltaHR HR software.
