How do I change my account information/details with Filta?
To change your account information or details with Filta, follow these simple steps:
- Head Over to the "Need Help" Button: You can find it on your FiltaHR Portal. It's your go-to spot for requesting any changes to your account details.
- Fill Out the Client Request Form: Provide all the necessary information about what changes you'd like to make. The more details you give, the smoother the process!
- Sit Tight for a Bit: After submitting the form, we’ll process your request. It usually takes about 24 hours.
- Confirmation Time: Once everything's updated, we'll send a confirmation email to let you know the changes have been made successfully.
