How To Do Performance Evaluation on FiltaHR?
Performance evaluations are essential for aligning goals, fostering development, recognizing achievements, improving communication, and addressing performance challenges effectively. Here is how you do it in FiltaHR:
- Login to your FiltaHR Account: Sign in using your credentials
- Navigate to the Employee Section: Locate and access the "Employee Section" where you can find the profile of the employee you will be evaluating
- Open the Employee's Profile: Click on your employee's name to open their profile to access the "Evaluation" section
- Access the Evaluation Section: Scroll to the bottom right corner of the "Evaluation" and click on "Add Manager Evaluation"
- Rate their Performance: Evaluate your employee from 1 (lowest score) to 5 (highest score). You can also provide specific feedback and attach any relevant files as evidence of their performance. Failing score of either 1 or 2 would need a supporting document to be submitted through FiltaHR
- Submit Evaluation: Review and submit your evaluation. It will then be visible on your employee's profile
